My name is Taylor, and my pronouns are he/him. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Psychology, my Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology, and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I work from an existential and attachment base and work relationally to clarify, reflect upon, and understand life. To really get to know yourself, what motivates you, what influences your choices and decisions. Get to the heart of what is meaningful to you and how to keep on your journey with confidence and intention. There is healing through relating and we will explore your emotions, your thoughts, motivations, and expectations of yourself and others. At time we will put our thoughts aside to focus on emotions, and focus on the specifics and patterns, to make something come alive here and now.
I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth appointments weekday evenings between 5pm and 8pm and 8am to 7pm weekends. I also can offer in home therapy at your residence on an as needed basis pending availability. I do not work with/take insurance, however I can provide superbills for you to submit for reimbursement as I am considered an Out Of Network Provider. Please email or call to request an appointment that works everyone.
COUPLES AND RELATIONSHIP(S) THERAPY

Couples and Relationship(s) Therapy
Relationships are one of the most common reasons people come to therapy. Every relationship involves balancing out connection and separateness, being part of the relationship and being your own person. Concerns can range from conflicts to miscommunication. Common challenges in relationships include sex, finances, family relations, and things unique to your set up. Couples and relationships therapy may be the most effective way to address your concerns, improve the quality of your relationship, and move forward toward shared dreams. Therapy can help a relationship work through a crisis, or at times, say goodbye. I am welcoming of all relationship(s) and am kink friendly. I use a variety of methods, including EMDR, Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy" (ISTDP), Existential, Object Relations, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Gottman, and more to explore how your early experience has influenced the way you see yourself, the world, and get along with others as well as how it is going today.
